My undergraduate degree was in Theology, and I loved everything which I got to investigate, study and learn about theology, the depth and riches of Christian heritage and our faith in Jesus.
However, one of the best things to arise during my degree has to be my circle of friends who all have very different gifts and passions but are united by their interest in discussing theology, often over a pint!
One of these friends is John Alexander Wilson, a musician with a talent for incorporating his musical abilities (and his voice!) with ministry in various different forms. He also happens to have written and recorded a song inspired by the story of the Prodigal Son. I’ve really appreciated listening to it and reflecting on the story in a different way.
Give it a listen.
